WATER SERVICE FEES

MTWAE residents are given a flat rate of $37.50 for 2,000 gallons of water per month. 

Bills are processed every other month:

• East End, Broad Street, and Town Lane are billed in the odd months

• West End, and Smullton Road are billed in the even months

Invoices are due by the 20th of the current month:

• Non-payment by the due date, will result in at $20 late fee.

• Payments not received by the 30th of the current month may have water services discontinued.

Discontinued services are at the expense of the property owner

• Disconnect fee of $100 will be charged

• Re-connect fee of $100 will be charged

• All fees will be paid before services will be restored
